Ordering Information

If ordering from the UK please read the section "UK customers" below. 

Ordering is easy. You can order online using the shop facility, send us an email or call to place your order.

You may choose the payment method you prefer, bank transfer or Paypal (for UK customers Google Checkout is an additional option). On receiving your order we will check the stock availability and send you a confirmation email.

When ordering by email, please remember to write the product code, size and colour of the items you wish to order as well as your own contact details including your address, email and telephone number.

Since you are ordering from another EU country, the purchase will not be subject to any additional import duties. The prices shown online are the final price you pay, i.e. VAT is not added on these prices. Please note however that your order is subject to shipping charges as stated below.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Sini's Satsuma Sweethearts reserves the right to not accept an order. 

UK customers

Please note that any orders from the UK are subject to special conditions. Due to country specific restrictions set by the manufacturer of the clothing, all orders from the UK must be made by email or telephone. The use of our online shop facility is unfortunately not possible within the UK. We will, however, do our utmost to make your ordering experience as easy as possible.

A little tip to make your ordering easier: please go to our web shop and select the clothes you want to purchase including sizes, colours etc as you would normally do on our website. When you are ready with your order, please go to your basket and copy and paste the entire shopping list onto an email. It is then easy to write down your contact details and send the email to us for processing. We will promptly process your order and send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to make the payment. Use of Paypal or Google Checkout is still possible.

The UK orders will be sent using First Class (when weight below 1000g) or Standard Parcel services (when weight 1000g or more). Please see the table 2 in the section "Shipping Costs" below to determine your shipping costs.

Shipping

Your order will be sent within 3 days of having received your payment. Sini's Satsuma Sweethearts takes orders from all European countries.

Your order (except for the UK orders) will be sent using Royal Mail's Airmail packet service, the delivery time of which is estimated to be approximately 3 days. The UK orders will be sent using First Class (when weight below 1000g) or Standard Parcel services (when weight 1000g or more). If you want us to send your parcel by recorded delivery please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs below are our standard costs using the services stated above. These costs include packaging and shipping costs. The cost that you pay is determined by the weight of the items bought. You can check your shipping costs here:

The maximum shipping cost is 9.25 Euros (4.98 GBP in the UK). Sini's Satsuma Sweethearts will pay any excess above this amount. (The packaging cost included in the above costs is 1 EUR/0.73GBP.)

Payment Methods

All payments must be made (if not already made during the check out) within 48 hours of having received our confirmation email. If no payment has been made within this time, your order will be cancelled and the items you ordered will not be reserved for you. When making payments directly to our bank account, please email us a copy of the receipt or alternatively inform us of the payment to ensure that your order is not cancelled.

Paypal - you can pay from your bank account or with a credit card with Paypal. Paying with Paypal is very easy and free of charge. The language used is English. 

Google Checkout - (Google Checkout is only available to our UK customers) you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover when using Google Checkout. As with Paypal, payment is free and the language used English. Please note that you can only pay in Pound Sterling (GBP) when using Google Checkout. Currently unavailable.

Please note that we do not pay any banking charges. Especially international payments are often subject to these extra banking fees. We therefore recommend using the Paypal or Google Checkout facilities on our website.

Exchanges and Returns

We love our clothes and want you to be happy with them as well. So, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. When sending back an item, please email us first or use the Exchanges and Returns facility on our website to let us know about it, including the reason for your return. This is specifically important if you wish to exchange a piece of clothing so that we can make sure that we have your alternative in stock. We will promptly email you a "Returns reference number" which you should write down on the Returns Document.

Please remember that you must send the items back within 14 days. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached for this right to apply.

If you wish to return any items, please remember to enclose a completed Returns Document . Please remember to write down the "Returns Reference number" on the document.

On receipt of your returned items, we will refund you the price and return costs of your purchase.  Please note that you must use the cheapest possible way when returning any items, whether this is for return or exchange.
